The OTA update will not be available to everyone immediately and can take up to a couple of weeks to land on your device. Google has started the staged roll out of the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OTA update for the Nexus 5, Nexus 6, Nexus 7 (2013), and the Nexus 9.
